Sweet Joyful Creations

Please welcome my first Advertise for Life sponsor, Jessica.  She makes adorable car seat canopies that would be perfect for any mother (and a great baby shower gift!).  Remember, through advertising on my blog, she is supporting men, women, and babies in my community through a local pro-life pregnancy center.  Don't you just love supporting businesses that support the causes that are important to you?
_________

Hello Catholic Newlywed readers! My name is Jessica, and I am a stay-at-home mom in Colorado. I have a 17-month-old boy and baby #2 is due the beginning of June. Last summer I began a little business I call Sweet Joyful Creations. I make infant car seat canopies. These car seat canopies are great for...
  • helping your baby stay warm,
  • keeping the sun out of your baby's eyes,
  • preventing strangers from touching your baby, and
  • allowing your baby to sleep better when out and about.

The straps attach to the car seat handle with velcro which keeps the blanket off of your baby's face and prevents it from blowing away. The covers can be made with flannel or cotton fabric. The flannel fabric holds the heat in better, so it is great for those cold winter months. I can make the covers using fabric that is boy or girl specific or is gender-neutral. The covers are $25 each, plus shipping charges if necessary. You may also purchase a gift certificate for $30 (covers cost of canopy and shipping). This would be a great baby shower gift. The recipient is then able to choose the colors/theme they would like. The gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. If you are interested.

Visit the Sweet Joyful Creations Facebook page for more information, to contact me, and to purchase a canopy or gift certificate.

Here are some pictures of car seat covers I have made:

Sweet Joyful Creations is also sponsoring a giveaway for a car seat canopy here on Catholic Newlywed.  Click here to go to the Sweet Joyful Creations giveaway.
